#Burundi| The U.S Embassy extends its Condoleances to the Killed Soldiers’ Families
On february9 , the Embassy of the United States of America in Burundi extends its condoleances to the families of the two Burundian soldiers killed, and with the twelve wounded during fighting in Somalia on february7 .
‘’Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of these brave soldiers and we wish the wounded a swift recovery’’ wrote the US Embassy in Burundi on its face book page.
To the Burundi National Defense Forces and the Burundian government, the US Embassy in Burndi expressed gratitude and ensured again its paternity with Burundi in Fighting against Al Sbabaab and terrorism.
The fighting between the African Union Mission in Somalia and Al Shabaab happened during Somalia’s elections period from which the new president is said to be oppit to the AMISOM troups stay in Somalia and wants his country off Immigration ban.“It is part of my responsibility to talk this issue with the U.S. government by conveying our message to the president and his government that the Somali people are really good, hard working people,” Farmajo said.
