Another singer from the Burundian diaspora shares his experience

Dja Love is a Burundian singer who works in New York in the United States of America where he lives. He is a young Burundian who has just entered the studio and has already produced a song that is currently available on YouTube, but he says that other songs are in the works.

When asked about producers, he said he works with both Burundian and American producers. Before entering the musical career, he was engaged in studies, which he continues to do in parallel with music. In his experience, he admits having identified Burundian singers who inspire him, notably Big Fizzo and other veterans of Burundian music. Even though he does most of his work, Dja Love has a team that helps him in the planning and management of his activities. The message he gives to Burundians is to continue to follow his activities, to support him so that his dreams are realized.

As a Burundian singer living abroad, this singer revealed to us that he often speaks Kirundi, but also Kishwahili and English, a good sign of his attachment to Burundian culture.
