It is claimed by various sources on Monday including Marca in Spain that Mbappe would sign a six-year deal at the Bernabeu before being loaned back to the French champions for a season.
But Monaco have told Sky Sports that no deal has been agreed with Real Madrid only a week after saying they were considering asking the French Football League and FIFA to assist in preventing rival clubs from approaching the teenager without their permission.
“To put an end to this unacceptable situation, AS Monaco is considering asking the French Football League and FIFA to open disciplinary procedures against offending clubs,” the statement said. It did not name the clubs involved.
FIFA transfer rules state that “a club intending to conclude a contract with a professional must inform the player’s current club in writing before entering into negotiations with him.”
